The AI Control Center is Assurify Admin, the master operating platform for protection plans. Brands, distributors, administrators and protection-programme operators use it to create, manage and distribute digital protection plans across all Assurify channels.
Which protection products can I create?
You can create Extended Warranty, ADLD, SmartShield and custom products, and configure periods, claim limits, exclusions, co-payments and rules for each.
Can I sell both online and in stores?
Yes. Plan inventory is allocated to channels: Assurify Merchant for retail counters and service centres, Assurify Ecom for checkout embeds on websites and marketplaces, and Assurify Care for consumers directly.
How are margins and commissions managed?
Rate cards let you define margins, commissions and revenue shares by product and channel. Every policy issued across online and offline channels is tracked, and partners get transparent payout tracking.
How do claims work with the platform?
Claims run through the Assurify Claims Engine: AI checks coverage and verifies the defect, then routes the job to the nearest certified repair partner. Claims Admin shows approvals, repairs and settlements as they progress.
