Visit merchant.assurify.in to register. Once approved, you get access to the merchant dashboard where you can activate plans, track sales, and monitor commissions instantly.
At the point of sale, the merchant enters the customer's device details into the Assurify dashboard, selects the appropriate protection plan, and activates it in seconds. The customer receives a digital policy certificate immediately.
Merchants earn lucrative per-plan margins on every protection plan sold. The exact commission rates are shown in your merchant agreement. All payouts are tracked transparently inside the merchant dashboard.
Yes. The unified merchant dashboard supports multi-channel operations — retail counters, distributors, and service centres can all be managed from a single login with location-level reporting.

Assurify offers three main protection products: (1) SmartShield — a monthly subscription for home appliances, (2) Extended Warranty (EW) and Accidental & Liquid Damage (ADLD) — annual plans for individual new devices, and (3) InstallationCare — expert installation plus 12-month post-install coverage for home appliances.
SmartShield is a comprehensive home appliance protection subscription. It covers up to 5 devices at ₹490/mo, 8 devices at ₹990/mo, or 12 devices at ₹1,490/mo. Devices must be up to 3 years old. It covers manufacturing defects, electrical faults, fire, and power surge damage — with up to ₹25,000 repair coverage per device, zero co-payment, unlimited claims, and free doorstep pickup & delivery.
SmartShield does not cover accidental damage or liquid damage by default. However, this can be added as an optional add-on to your SmartShield plan for expanded coverage.
The Extended Warranty plan continues coverage for your device after the OEM manufacturer warranty expires — covering manufacturing and hardware defects with zero gap in protection. It is available for brand-new mobiles, laptops, and appliances purchased within the last 3 months. Plans start from ₹799 per year.
The Accidental & Liquid Damage (ADLD) plan covers physical drops, screen cracks, liquid spills, and other accidental damage from the date of purchase. It is available for new devices and must be purchased within 3 months of buying the device. Plans start from ₹999 per year.
Yes, you can purchase both plans together to get complete coverage — protection against manufacturing defects after the OEM warranty, plus accidental and liquid damage from day one.
InstallationCare provides expert installation by background-verified technicians for home appliances (AC, TV, geyser, RO, washing machine, refrigerator) along with 12 months of post-installation protection. Includes a 90-day installation warranty, free re-installation if a fault occurs, and unlimited follow-up service visits. Installation starts from ₹249 and the plan from ₹499 per year.
SmartShield and individual device plans both allow unlimited claims per year, so you are not penalised for using your coverage. Each claim on SmartShield is covered up to ₹25,000 per device.
SmartShield has zero co-payment — Assurify covers the full repair cost up to the plan limit. Individual EW and ADLD plans may have flexible co-payment options; this will be detailed in your plan documents at the time of purchase.
You can purchase any Assurify protection plan at vault.assurify.in, through the Assurify Ecom API at your device's online checkout (if the brand is a partner), or by visiting a registered Assurify merchant retail store near you.
